You can bring the goods that need to be exchanged to our branch. Please inform us by phone, or email in advance, so that we can prepare the replacement goods in advance or make appropriate arrangements.
You can also mail it to our branch at Hong Kong Science Museum, and the mailing cost will be borne by the customer. We will return the replacement goods, and we will bear the return cost.
