Hong Kong customers may select from the following delivery methods:
• Direct delivery to office / residential address (via SF Express)
• Pickup from SF Service Center
• Pickup from EF lockers
• Pickup at SF station
• Pickup from OK convenience store (via SF Express)
• Pickup at 7-11 convenience store (via SF Express)
• Self-collection in-store (During Hong Kong Science Museum closure, please pick up at DNA Store at Miraplace)
• After the payment is completed, the system will delivery your product within five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) according to selected delivery address and submit payment time.
• Free shipping for purchases of HK$300 or more in one single order (applicable to Hong Kong customers ONLY ); For orders below HK$300, shipping fee applies. **
• Due to size and weight, Sneeze Guards are not included in our free shipping policy, and must be paid via freight collect. Please contact customer service for details.
• For self-collection orders, customers are advised to pick up within 14 days from the day goods arrive in store. Overdue might cause disposal to product and will not be refunded.
• If the address filled in by the customer is different from the actual delivery address, which causes delay to delivery or return of products, shipping fee will not be refunded. Resending of goods will be paid in the form of freight collect.
• Exploration Store will not be able to refund if goods are unfortunately damaged or lost in transit. Please select delivery method carefully if your order contains glassware or other easily damaged items.
• In case of any disputes, Exploration Store reserves the right of final decision.
