1.ExplorationStore/DNA STORE membership application requirements

1.1Applicants must provide Exploration Store/DNA STORE with true andaccurate personal contact information, including or/and emailaddress, for handling membership matters in the future. Ifinformation is inaccurate, Exploration Store/DNA STORE may fail toreissue the membership or provide discounts due to the inability toverify its identity, and it may also prevent applicants fromobtaining relevant discount information in time.

2.How to apply for Exploration Store/DNA STORE membership card

2.1Exploration Store/DNA STORE stores

Visitany Exploration Store/DNA STORE stores in person and purchase HK$300or above. Applicants are required to provide personal contactinformation to join ExplorationStore/DNA STORE membership.

3.Exploration Store/DNA STORE membership discount

3.1Welcome gift

Uponsuccessful registration, you will receive a designated welcome gift.

3.2Priority rights

Membersenjoy priority to participate in activities held by ExplorationStore/DNA STORE and enjoy special membership benefits.

4.Exploration Store/DNA STORE membership

Membershipis a permanent membership. If you haven't made any purchases for morethan 1 year, your priority rights may be temporarily frozen. If youwant to enjoy priority rights or special membership benefits again inthe future, you only need to purchase more than HK$100 again.

5.Notices related to the Personal Data and our Privacy Policy:

Tobecome an Exploration Store/DNA STORE member and participate in therewards program, you must provide us with your personal information.If you are unable or unwilling to provide comprehensive and accuratepersonal information, we cannot provide you with the services of thisplan.

Thepersonal data we collect will be used but not limited to thefollowing purposes:

Application,termination and renewal of your Exploration Store/DNA STOREmembership;

Manageyour member account and process any member privileges by regulations;

Handleand followup requests, enquiries and complaints;

Provideyou with products + promotions and offers launched by us or ourgroup's subsidiaries or with partners; and

Verifyyour identity to enjoy various offers.

6.Matters needing attention

ExplorationStore/DNA STORE membership discounts are not applicable to thepurchase of magazines, book coupons, special and promotional prices.

ExplorationStore/DNA STORE membership card is not transferable. ExplorationStore/DNA STORE has the right to require cardholders to show theiridentification documents for verification.

ExplorationStore/DNA STORE reserves the right to modify the terms without anyprior notice.
